Executive Pastor El Clark
Pastor El served as Senior Pastor of New Heart
from 2002-2010 and now serves as Executive
Pastor. Other than being a little too obsessed with
the Florida Gators, he is also the Corporate Legal
Counsel for Foursquare headquarters and plays a
mean banjo!

Associate Pastor Rick Guardado
A graduate of ABI, class of (he prefers not to say),
Rick serves as Asscociate Pastor and as the
"Transitions" College Group Pastor. He likes working
with both adults and young people, because
"Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't".
Rick is also head of facilities at Foursquare
headquarters. Besides Christ, his beautiful wife
Dionne and awesome son Isaiah are the loves of his
life.

Associate Pastor Jackie Fernandez
Pastor Jackie loves people! Old People, Young People,
Kids of all ages! She is so happy to serve with her
family at New Heart Foursquare as an Associate
Pastor, Girl 2 Girl Ministry Leader, and as one of
our Worship Leaders. Jackie also works in the
Missions Department at Foursquare headquarters,
where she gets to be part of training and sending
people “around the world” to share God’s love! Her
life goal is to be more like her heavenly dad!

Masters in Theology from Fuller Seminary and a
Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa
Pacific University. As Pastor of New Heart, he has
a heart for the community and to see broken people
healed, but don't be fooled, he's pretty mean on the
basketball court!!
